Refund policy

Return and Refund Period
Our policy lasts 3 days. Unfortunately, we cannot offer refunds or exchanges if 3 days have passed since your product deliver. As our products are perishable goods, refunds and returns are only supported in cases of manufacturing defects.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.


Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email about the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, refunds will be processed and credited to your original method of payment within a specific timeframe.

Late or Missing Refunds

  • Check your bank account.
  • Contact your credit card company; it may take time for refunds to be officially posted.
  • Contact your bank, as processing delays are possible.

Sale Items
Only regular-priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.


Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective. To request an exchange for the same item, email us at info@rahdiya.com and send your item to: C-16, Fourth Floor, C Block Market, Vasant Vihar, New Delhi, 110057.

Gifts

  • If marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for your return.
  • If the item wasn’t marked as a gift, we will send a refund to the gift giver.
