Delivery Commitment
Rahdiya ensures quality packaging and delivery within the specified time frame. We operate through reputed courier services and ship orders throughout the week, excluding Sundays and public holidays.

Shipping Areas
We deliver Pan India through our distribution partners.

Shipping Charges

• Orders up to Rs. 699: Rs. 100 delivery charge.
• Orders above Rs. 700: Free Shipping.

Delivery Timeline
Orders are dispatched within 2 working days. Most deliveries occur within 7 to 10 working days from dispatch. However, deliveries may take longer due to Covid restrictions.

Damaged Shipments
If the product is received in damaged condition, immediately contact our support at 9999455020 or email info@rahdiya.com with your Order ID. Ensure the product label and original packing are intact when returning the product.

Return Shipping
To return your product, send it to: C-16, Fourth Floor, C Block Market, Vasant Vihar, New Delhi, 110057.

Important Notes:

• Shipping costs for returns are non-refundable.
• If a refund is processed, the cost of shipping will be deducted.
